These games are the initial experience with such qualifiers, but this is not her first rodeo by any means. She took a shield in the NSWL in 2014 with the Seattle Reign and again in 2015, each time they advanced to the title game as she was named NWSL Coach of the Year. Upon departing the league she was #2 overall in wins with a 72-52-38 record, going back to 2013.  She follows Jill Ellis in being the 2nd women to to go after her Pro Liscense from the USSF, of couse she has an A from both UEFA & the USSF. She has, as mentioned in the past a deep history in YNT and international games, she assisted the England U-17's reach the World Cup in 2018 as well as the U-19's with a  runner-up spot in the 2010 UEFA U-19's. Even within the US Federation, she was both a HC and assistant to the U-23's and scouted for the U-17's. She was with Arsenal from 2008-'12 leading them to a trio of FA WSL crowns, a pair of Continental Cups and a FA Women's Cup title. WIth her, they made it to a pair of UEFA Women's Champions League Semifinals.
