Concacaf schedule of Gold Cup 2021

These games begin July 2, as does group play on July 10. This Cup is the top MNT games for the region and has the knockout stage kick-off July 24. This, the 16th iteration is also a piece of Concacaf as they enter their 60th year. Over 8 geographical areas and 11 venues, the final will be played in Vegas on Aug. 1.

Prez. & FIFA VP Victor Montagliani told "2021 is Concacaf's 60th anniversary year and we look forward with great anticipation to watching the best men's national teams in our confederation compete for the Gold Cup title. I can't wait for the football to begin on July 2nd and to crown a champion in Las Vegas on August 1st."

A dozen teams via their results in the Nations League are set for the Prelims., July 2-6 in Ft. Lauderdale, setting the final trio of teams for the Group Stage. These half dozen game in round one and the trio in round 2 were selected in a draw back in Dec.

July 10 brings the beginning of the Group Stage going through the 20th. There are a dozen teams , a guest team AFC Asian Cup winners, Qatar, the tri of prelims. were also drawn in Sept. to 4 groups and are listed below:

Group A: Mexico, Eel Salvador, Curacao & Prelim 9 winner.

Group B: USA Canada, Martinique & Prelim. 7 winner.

Group C: Costa Rica, Jamaica, Suriname, & Prelim. 8 victor.

Croup D: Honduras, Panama, Grenada, Qatar

All of the finals of the Group Stages will be played at the same time, causing each to be sure to win to stay alive and reach the knockout stage. A pair of teams of each group move on to the Knockouts. See USA & Canada.

Knockouts, these are to be hosted in Glendale, AZ, as well as Arlington TX on July 24 & 25.

Semis, July 29 Houston and Austin.

Final Vegas, baby on Aug. 1.
