Chicago Based SheBelives Summit Postponed

Together with their partners, it was decided that US Soccer will postpone the March 14 event with the Coronavirus in mind and the health concerns surounding it. This was done so as to eliminate the travel needed by speakers and attendees alike and reduce the interations between all to better protect all expected. The soccer activities world wide have been well watched by US Soccer along with the developments with the Corona Virus. 

US Soccer Chief Medical Officer, George Chiampas informed "As always, the health and safety of our players, coaches, staff and fans is paramount, which is why we tok this step to postpone the SheBelieves Summit. US Soccer's medical staff in in real-time communication with both domestic and international health authorities, including the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and infectious disease specialists, and we will continue to take the proper steps for all our events in the US and across the world as the situation continues to develop."

The Federation shall keep tabs on the VIrus and deal with those at the top of the medical field to weigh choices in the future for the event should conditions afford the chance to do so.
