REMEMBRANCE FIXTURE - BURNLEY V ARSENAL
Marking Remembrance at Turf Moor
Today's game against Arsenal is the Club's dedicated Remembrance Fixture, and we will be remembering the service and sacrifice of the Armed Forces community.
There will be representatives from the army, navy, and RAF in attendance on the day, as well as the traditional bugler.
Both captains will carry a wreath onto the pitch whilst leading their teams out. Players will then take their place around the centre-circle before a moment of silence is observed during a performance of The Last Post.

Supporters will see bucket collectors around the stadium who will be collecting funds for Burnley FC in the Community's Veterans programme, and the Royal British Legion will be selling poppies.
The players will be wearing poppy shirts, which will be auctioned after the game to raise funds for the Royal British Legion. Founded in the aftermath of the first world war, the Royal British Legion has been a constant presence for the Armed Forces community for over a century, remaining a constant that they can turn to, whatever the need, whenever it’s needed.
