A Bit More on the Bulls

Week 15, with about 10 games to go as the Red Bulls of NY go south to Exploria Stadium to take on Orlando City, a 2 game win streak for the visitors coming up against an undefeated in 8 games home team. OCSC shutout by ex Cosmos GK Jimmy Mauer and company last game come up against the team with 4 goals in their last game in NYRB, tops for them on the year as Tom Barlow struck for brace his first multi goal game in MLS. Royer had a goal, #4 on the year and had a pair of assists, his first game with more than one running his total to 4, this was also the first time he had a foot in 3 goals, yet the 7th game for him with at least one goal and assits. Kaku was very active in netting for the 2nd time on the year his first, on opening day, he too had an assist last game good for 4 in 2020, the 3rd time in his tenure in MLS with a goal and assist in the same game, the first pair were earlier this season in back to back games. Egbo had a assist, with a goal last game. Casseras Jr. had an assist for game #2 in a row and a goal called back for offside. Fellow Long Islander & St. John's Soccer Alum, Tim Parker again wore the captains band, from not even dressing to this, my how things have changed.

As for Pedro Gallese, he had a quartet of saves in blanking Dallas, his other shutout on the year was  also by the same scoreline v RSL in the season opener back on Feb. 29, they will not play again on that date for at least 4 years or so.
