ATL UTD Wins, USMNT Loses A Pair

By Sean McCaffery, November 12, 2018

Following the Conference  playoff win against an overmatched NYCFC, ATL UTD players, Darlington Nagbe and GK Zack Steffen, the MLS GK of the year are out of the upcoming USMNT games with England & Italy. Nagbe who was knocked around a goood bit during the game has a low grade hamstring stain as Steffen tweaked his long term right hamstring  that first reared its head facing Colombia in Oct. with the USMNT.  A familar name, Klinsmann has come in,  Jonathan from Hertha Berlin getting the roster up to 27 for the game on Thursday. Locals on the roster include, Aaron Long the MLS Defender of the Year of Red Bulls, Matt Miazga of NJ formerly of NYRB, Tyler Adams of NYRB & Timothy Weah of Queens and from the BW Gotschee & Red Bull academies, now with PSG.
