Today's Football Follies

Today at 10:22 a.m I received an email to reply to by noon. This was for an event for Monday at 10 a.m., it references that it was the result of a game today (22nd). I must wonder where this information was for the last 10.5 hours or so at minimum. I leave in a few hours for Philly and the MLS semi final, will have very little sleep between.  Now is too tight of a window to find a room and parking in the city, saving upwards of 3 hours. I have yet to get anything from the team being honored at this event for an item that is from last night, surely they are aware of it?

Today's Football Follies

Last time out to this team's training session did not go as was advertised, today, did not disappoint either, sadly. As already reported, I left my PCT. on 9/11 during the observance of the attacks to go to training. I went as I was already about halfway to training to cover it. Once more today, the hour long training session became 15 minutes, I had another with me, leting them know I am good to go but would do as they prefer, we stayed. I must ask who would travel 160+ miles for 15 minutes of training to observe?

Todays' Football Follies

MLS put out schedules today, nice and early, a great thing. One team sends out an email with the schedule part and parcel to it, another it is in a link? The link brings you to the league's website yet on the website, it remains the same, as you click on the name, the new one is then used, no notice was received on this slight alteration of their name? How this is allowed to occur is baffling to me.
