The forward out of Argentina took the MLS Player of the Month award in the last full month of the season as selected by other members of the media for games in both Oct. & Nov.
He tallied 6 goals and 3 assists over but 8 games from Oct. 3- Nov. 8. Many forwards will not have that good of a season. They went 5-2-1 over those games closing out with a quartet of wins in a row. He had multiple point games in 3 of these games.

readThe Mike Berticelli Excellence in Coaching Education Award is aptly given in memory of a great coach. We had met him briefly a few years ahead of his passing and did leave impressed. The honoree selected this year by United Soccer Coaches is Neil Hill.
Named to honor the late USC DOC & VP of Education, Mike was also the HC at Notre Dame, lost in Jan. of 2000. This is awarded annually to a member of the USC Academy Staff as an appreciation for their excellence in educating coaches.
