ATLANTA (Jan. 7, 2026) – As the annual SheBelieves Cup, presented by Visa®, hits its 11th year, the participantsmatch venues and game dates have been confirmed for one of the most prestigious four-team tournaments in women’s soccer.  

 

In 2026the tournament takes on a Concacaf vs. CONMEBOL slant as the USA welcomes Argentina, Canada and ColombiaThe USA is currently ranked second in the world, Canada is 10th, Colombia is 20th and Argentina is 30th. The USA and Canada are the top two teams in the Concacaf region while Colombia and Argentina faced each other in the semifinals of the 2025 Copa American Feminina, with Colombia winning on penalty kicks before losing to Brazil in the final, also on penalty kicksafter a wild 4-4 draw in regulation and overtime. 

 Tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, Jan. 12.

“These are three teams that will likely be in the World Cup in 2027 and of course we’ll likely see Canada in World Cup qualifying at the end of the year, so when focusing on our continued preparations and growth as a team, the SheBelieves Cup is of great value,” said U.S. head coach Emma Hayes. “Each team brings different strengths and will challenge us to find success in all parts of the field, which is exactly what we need as we continue our process to build toward the big events on the horizon.”  

 

SBC PARTICIPANT HISTORY 

Colombia will be making its second appearance in the SheBelieves Cup after attending last year and finishing third. Canada will be making its fourth appearance after participating in 2024 (second place), 2023 (fourth) and 2021 (third). This is Argentina’s second SBC appearance after finishing fourth in 2021The USA had won five consecutive SheBelieves Cups before Japan took the title in 2025. The USA has seven overall SBC titles, while France won in 2017 and England took top honors in 2019. 

 

BROADCAST INFO 

All the U.S. matches will be broadcast on TBS, TNT and/or truTV, Telemundo and/or Universo and streamed on HBO Max and Peacock. All non-U.S. games will also be available on truTV and HBO Max. 

 

The schedule will see the USA open the tournament against Argentina on SundayMarch 1 at GEODIS Park in Nashville, Tenn. (4 p.m. CT / 5 p.m. ET on TNT, truTV and HBO Max in English and in Spanish on Universo and Peacock) while Canada faces Colombia at 1 p.m. CT / 2 p.m. ET (truTV and HBO Max in English and Universo and Peacock in Spanish) 

 

The teams will then move to ScottsMiracle-Gro Field in Columbus, Ohio where the USA faces Canada on March 4 at 6:45 p.m.ET (TNTtruTV and HBO Max in English and in Spanish on Universo and Peacockwhile Colombia takes on Argentina at 3:30 p.m. ET (truTV and HBO Max in English and Universo and Peacock in Spanish) 

 

The final two games will take place at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, N.J. on March 7, with the USA facing Colombia at 3:30 p.m. ET (TBS, truTV and HBO Max in English and in Spanish on Telemundo, Universo and Peacockand Canada opening the doubleheader vs. Argentina at 12:30 p.m. E(truTV and HBO Max in English and Universo and Peacock in Spanish).  

 

All three U.S. games are also available on the radio in English on Westwood One and in Spanish on Futbol de Primera. 

 

TOBIN HEATH: HONORING A LEGEND 

Before the USA’s match against Colombia at Sports Illustrated Stadium on March 7, USWNT legend and 2026 National Soccer Hall of Fame inductee Tobin Heath will be honored with a pregame retirement celebration. The New Jersey native played 181 times for the USA from 2008-2021 and scored 36 goals while helping the USA win two World Cups and two Olympic gold medals. She announced her retirement last July and will be inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame on May 1, 2026. 

 

USWNT SCHEDULE 

The matches of the 2026 SheBelieves Cup will be the third, fourth and fifth domestic games of the new year as the USWNT continues its preparations to qualify for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup, which will be held in Brazil. The 2026 Concacaf W Championship will kick off in November at a venue(s) still to be determinedThat tournament will feature the USA and Canada along with six qualifier winners with berths to the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 and the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics on the line. As host, the USA has an automatic berth to the next Olympic games. 

 

The SheBelieves Cup will be the second event for the USWNT in 2026 as the team will come together for a January training camp in Los Angeles that will run from January 17-27 and feature matches against Paraguay on Jan. 24 at Dignity Health Sports Park and against Chile on Jan. 27 at Harder Stadium on the campus of UC Santa Barbara 

 

VISA SHEBELIEVES CUP MVP 

For the seventh year in a row, Visa, the presenting partner of the SheBelieves Cup, will award the MVP trophy to the Most Outstanding Player of the tournament. The award will be announced following the conclusion of the final match. Spain’s Alexia Putellas – the Ballon d’Or winner in both 2021 and 2022 -- won the inaugural award in 2020. The USA claimed top honors for the next four years as Rose Lavelle won the award in 2021, Catarina Macario won it in 2022, Mallory Swanson took home the trophy in 2023 and Sophia Smith (now Wilson) claimed MVP honors in 2024In 2025, Japan’s Mina Tanaka, who plays in the NWSL with the Utah Royals, won the award. A new selection committee comprised of representatives from all competing nations will be announced for the 2026 SheBelieves Cup while fans will once again have the opportunity to vote for the Visa SheBelieves Cup MVP award recipient via online ballot to select among a list of finalists chosen by the committee. The fan vote will be incorporated into the overall determination of the 2026 Visa SheBelieves Cup MVP.
