Group B play in this tourney has begun for the US team and they opened in style with a large margin of victory along with the shutout. Costa Rica did not help themselves with an own goal and the 3 headed goals for the US. In control from opening to closing whistles, the own goal came at just 4 minutes follolwed by the first headed one by Peyton Linnehan at 15 minutes.
